Our Operating Model

To serve every region with care, HelpenCare appoints a dedicated sponsor for each city, town, or municipality. These sponsors are carefully selected based on their integrity, leadership, and commitment to social service. They are entrusted with the responsibility to:

  • Build, operate, and maintain a trustworthy local service team

  • Ensure every action upholds the HelpenCare Service Quality Standards and core philosophies

  • Deliver support without prejudice — across caste, creed, religion, or social status

  • Offer services at a minimal, fair service fee, honoring the value of skilled and sincere work
